Client Services Manager

In preparation for an exciting new initiative in patient-specific implant technology and regenerative medicine, Fitzpatrick Referrals is recruiting a Client Services Manager to lead and develop our passionate and dedicated reception teams at our referral centre, near Godalming, Surrey.

This role will help us to prepare for the opening of FIRST’s new reception area and for running it alongside FRONT’s main and rehab receptions. 

This is primarily a leadership and management position in a client and customer focused environment, with a hands-on dimension. This means the successful applicant will be responsible for all client-facing operations at FRONT and FIRST, including reception, telephones, related client administration, and the handling of general enquiries.

Successful applicants will have proven experience of leading and motivating multiple teams through coaching, feedback and training to ensure our reception teams deliver the best experience possible for our patients, their guardians and our referring practitioners.  They must have a passion for exceptional customer service, an outstanding level of communication, integrity and discretion.  In addition, they will be an innovative problem solver, with strong organisational and relationship building skills.
