Our client is embarking on an exciting project to rejuvenate and turn round a large country pub in a beautiful location.  They are looking to make this venue ‘the place to go’ in Elsenham and the surrounding area.

To help them on this journey, they are seeking an enthusiastic, efficient and reliable individual to join them as a Trainee / Junior Chef (or as a Chef de Partie for those candidates with some previous experience.)

Reporting to the Head Chef, you will use fresh, local and seasonal produce, to create simple and tasty dishes.

• All training will be provided

• Our client has big plans to grow their business further, so getting a foot in the door at this crucial time could be the start of big things to come.

• All chefs’ whites and equipment will be provided.

• You will need your own transport or to live in close proximity to Elsenham, due to their countryside location.

In return, our client offers a generous salary of £18k-£21k per annum, a £500 ‘welcome bonus’ (payable after successful 2 months service) plus tips on top!
