Working for a family run, successful business this is a great opportunity to join a fun, lively working environment. Previous experience of working within a Sales Office environment is essential. Duties will include; processing customer enquiries both via email and over the phone, interpret requirements, and provide email written quotes using templates from the price lists. You must be a good communicator and will liaise with clients on a daily basis to obtain information required to process orders to manufacture stage. From time to time you will also be expected to chase up quotes – only with customers who have expressed an interest/asked for a quote – no cold calling.  Seeking a good team player with knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
