Customer Service Team Leader

2pm - 2am shift: 3 days week 1, 4 days week 2 - 7 days off every 2 weeks!

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Team Leader to join a dynamic, entrepreneurial and rapidly growing company in the Chester area. This role involves managing a small team of Customer Service Advisors who take inbound customer service calls and make scheduled outbound calls to existing customers in the USA who have asked for the company's assistance. Given that this role services customers in the United States, you will work a permanent 2pm to 2am shift for 3 days in week 1 and then 4 days in week 2 - so you get 7 days off work per fortnight!

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Team Leader to join a growing company that offers genuine opportunity for career progression and pays extremely well - the basic is £25-30,000 depending on experience and there is the opportunity to earn bonuses that related directly to your performance. The office environment is great and the management team are awesome!

Given the location of our client, it is essential that you have your own transport as they are based outside of Chester on a business park with no public transport links.
