Autism and Learning Difficulties Support Worker £8.50 ph

We are arranging interviews for applicants to work in our services in Netherley.

If successful you can expect to earn around £8.50 per hour and if you do sleeps there is a very generous payment for that too. 

Lavorocare is a key supplier to this client on a national level. The shift rotas available are a mixture of Earlies / Full days / Lates and also waking nights. 

The job summary is :

We want passionate and considerate individuals who love working in a care environment - if you have a portable DBS you will be fastracked thru our registration process - if not then we have a two week turn around on your compliance so you can work in your new role ASAP. 

Ideal Requirements :

• a supporting attitude naturally caring 
• excellent communication skills 
• patience 
• discretion as you will be working with vulnerable people within a community 
• ability to spot danger 
• flexibility to work shifts and patterns around the ones mentioned above 
• relevant experience in care 

Your job role - as in responsibilities and tasks 

• Providing physical and personal care 
• Create a safe and positive environment 
• Risk assessments and care plans kept up to date
• provide opportunities for the service user to have leisure and social time
• Provide care and support not just to service users but also engage with their families on visits  

Salary :

• Negotiable depending on your experience - discussed at interview
