Office Administrator - Brighton Town Centre

The company has grown its sales force and recruitment team in the last year and therefore there has been an increase in calls and emails into the business. A confident and experienced Administrator is required to support the team of Advisors and produce best quality work.
Responsibilities will include:-
* Creating electronic folders
* Update and maintain spreadsheets
* Mailmerge documents to Advisors
* Assist with Event planning
* Marketing duties
* Organise Quarterly Sales Meetings
Skills required :-
* Working knowledge of Word, Excel & Outlook
* Attention to Detail
* Personable and flexible attitude
* Confident communicator
The hours are 9-5pm Monday to Friday, 25 days holiday and an excellent Benefits package.
