This is an exciting time to join this organisation in Nottingham City Centre as they are going through a major transformation with a key focus on the people that work for them as a Customer Service Agent making outbound calls to existing customers, NO cold calling, generating sales through exceptional service to existing customers of one of the biggest TV and Broadband providers in the UK.


Salary £18,000 rising to £19,750 after 6 months

We are looking for skilled customer service professionals dedicated to putting customers at the heart of what they do.
We are looking to hire the best of the best candidates in Nottingham to join them during this transformation and they are offering a starting salary of £18, 000 which is higher than average for Nottingham. But it does not stop there..... after 6 months it will increase to £19,750 with the opportunity to earn even more through the bonus scheme.

About the role
As a Customer service agent you will be making out bound calls to existing customers building a relationship with them through your natural rapport building skills. You will engage with the customers, actively listen to them and ensure that their enquiry or concerns are appropriately handled every time. You will be able to put them at ease if they are needing to set up a new product and introduce ideas on how they can protect them.
With your active questioning and listening skills you will be able to identify other suitable products for the customer that could improve the customer experience.

Skilled customer service/sales professional, you will thrive on targets - but always make sure that the customer`s interests come first.
You understand the customer`s perspective and have a natural ability to build a strong rapport by being a people person who likes to talk but listen!!

Customer Service Agent will have:
An understanding of working in a regulated environment and preferably in contact centre environment
A passion to deliver a first-class customer service
Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, targeted environment
Excellent communication skills

Working 37.5 hours per week between 11am and 8pm Monday to Thursday, 11am -6pm Friday, 9am-5pm 2 x Saturdays per month.
