An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Administrator to join a growing company based in the Heart of St Albans. This is a friendly and growing company that offer a progressive and fun working environment. You will be working in a fun and buzzy team of 5 administrators.
The company provide insurance backed products to clients in the sports, promotions, events and leisure industries in the UK and overseas.
The business also has a London underwriting office in the Lloyd`s insurance building which is supported from St Albans.
We are looking for applicants who are comfortable with Word and Excel and general MS products. You must be strong with numbers/maths and well organised. Much of the administration is processing numbers, with some accounts processing duties.
This role would suit someone with some Admin/Accounts experience but we would look at a graduate or A Level school leaver with strong grades.
We are seeking applicants that want a career in this type of role.
Key tasks include;
- entering new risks into a database. This involves working with figures, currency exchanges, and percent
- producing insurance contracts using MS word and MS Access
- Sending contracts to clients
- Updating the database with payments and amended risk information
- Dealing with queries
The salary for this role is paying 18-19k.
