A Senior Architectural Technologist is required for an award winning practice based in the city of Cardiff. This opportunity is with a multi-disciplinary practice that works in a variety of sectors including Office Design, Residential, Retail, Leisure and much more.
This is a great opportunity for a Senior Architectural Technologist to work as the lead technical role on a number of projects in the office. The role will also see you act as technical mentor when appropriate.
As the Senior Architectural Technologist, you will be heavily involved in the planning, design and construction phases.
You will be joining a team of Interior Designers and Chartered Architects who are known in the South Wales industry for their award-winning buildings they have designed.
Having experience within a variety of sectors is essential for this role. Holding a current membership of CIAT or a similar body will be extremely advantageous. Due to the nature of this practices work it will be expected of you to travel across the UK to make client visits as and when they are required.
A sound knowledge of construction, detailing, planning applications is critical and any experience working and delivering BIM Level 2 projects is desirable. For this role being able to present, design and communicate is essential and any Revit experience will be beneficial.
