TRANSACTION / BUSINESS MANAGER
BASED IN HEMEL HEMPSTEAD
BASIC SALARY: GBP20,000 BASIC + OTE GBP40,000

A new and exciting opportunity has opened for a transaction / business manager to join an ever growing, successful dealership in Hemel Hempstead.
We seek an enthusiastic, committed individual who possesses the energy and focus to succeed in this essential position and hit our high standards. You must be a highly successful self-starter who can build and manage their own business and complement our already successful sales team.
A large part of this role will involve (but not limited too) providing advice and services on products such as insurance, warranties and GAP, managing and implementing a robust sales process and providing support to the Sales Manager.
Who you need to be:
??Highly motivated and determined to be successful, with a high level of numerical skill.
??You must be able to demonstrate a high record of achievement in Sales, Finance/Insurance with a strong Retail Car Sales background and be a good communicator with customers and colleagues.
??You will need to have the ability to generate sales using a pro-active and disciplined approach to meet clearly defined targets and objectives.
??You will be responsible for all business opportunities by developing close working relationships with the General Manager and Sales Team.
??You will be required to work effectively to ensure industry leading standards of customer care and satisfaction are achieved and maintained
??A drive to succeed
This position would suit either a proven Transaction/business Manager or an experienced Senior Sales Executive who is ready to move into a management role, and who has the ability to make an immediate and sustainable impact.
