Hull Culture and Leisure Ltd are seeking a Sales and Tourist Information Assistant for the Theatre and Halls service which consists of two of Hull's prestigious venues - Hull City Hall and Hull New Theatre. 

The successful candidates will join the service at an exciting time during Hull's year in the spotlight as UK City of Culture in 2017 and will play a key role in Hull New Theatre's future as a world-class venue which opened in September 2017 following major refurbishment.

The role is to provide a quality customer focused and pro-active bookings, sales and tourist information service. We are looking for confident, friendly candidates with excellent communication skills, ideally with a background in sales or customer care. 

A flexible approach to working hours and willingness to work unsocial hours including evenings and weekends is essential as evening and weekend work will be required on a regular basis.
