We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Head of Sales Operations to function as a key member of the Western European leadership team, responsible for sales effectiveness throughout the region.

If successful your responsibilities in this role would include:

•    Lead and develop the Western European (WE) Sales Operations team.
•    Partner with country leadership to set sales strategy. 

•    Create and coordinate key Sales Operations capabilities on behalf of WE commercial leadership including:
- Market Segmentation, for the purpose of sales resource allocation.
- Sales role clarity, in conjunction with HR. 
- Sales performance management, including pipeline and forecast reviews, bookings and billings performance analyses, pipeline cover analyses, and periodic performance and development reviews. 
- Coordinate the target and quota setting process.
- Facilitate opportunity plan and account plan reviews.

•    Contribute to the development of sales compensation plans and policies to ensure that incentives are aligned with company goals. 
•    Lead projects and initiatives focused on improving productivity throughout the sales organisation. 
•    Drive best practices throughout the sales team to ensure consistent, high quality and repeatable performance, including continuing evolution of the company sales process.

To be considered for this role you will possess experience of leading a team responsible for complex sales operations throughout multiple regions. Other attributes we look for are:

•    Relevant degree or equivalent experience.
•    Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
•    An in-depth knowledge of Salesforce or a similar CRM. 
•    Ability to prioritize and manage projects and changing deadlines.
•    Ability to coach sales staff on best practice and strategy.
