The Company 

Our client is a world leading supplier of high quality paint shop process products, specialist cleaning, degreasing, metal pre-treatment and engineering maintenance consumables, focused on delivering innovative product technology and service excellence. 

They’re now looking for a number of Telesales Executives to join their passionate team, working at their Smethwick or Wakefield offices.

You’ll have the chance to undertake extensive training, including full product training and ongoing support on the job, to enable you to perform to the best of your ability. 

The Role 

As a Telesales Executive, you’ll develop new business and increase sales of our client’s range of specialist industrial consumable products. 

Specifically, you will: 

- Work with a large portfolio of accounts 
- Introduce new products to accounts 
- Upsell and cross-sell products to increase the spend of each account 
- Liaise with prospective customers and promote the benefits of products 
- Secure sales and exceed targets 
- Deliver a first-class standard of service 
- Be able to work under pressure to achieve sales targets 

About You 

To join this dedicated team, you will need: 

- Previous experience in a contact, call centre and/or sales environment 
- Great communication and relationship-building skills 
- A professional and friendly telephone manner 
- A strong customer focus 

Ideally, you’ll also have previous telesales experience, but this is by no means essential. 

Other companies may call this role Telesales Executive, Telesales Account Manager, Telesales Representative, Telemarketing Executive or Internal Sales Rep. 

Our client is eager to hear from candidates who’ve worked as a Sales Representative, Contact Centre Rep, Customer Service Executive, Contact Centre Agent or Outbound Sales Rep. 

Please note, this role is available in Smethwick or Wakefield. The working hours for this role are 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday. Our client will also consider part time hours of 25 hours per week, Monday – Thursday with a pro rata salary.
