Customer Service Advisor
Our client is dedicated to providing great gift ideas. From the unusual to the traditional, the unique to the classic, their aim is to inspire with an array of cool presents.
They have a great opportunity for Customer service agents to join our small customer service Team for our busy Christmas season. You will be a dedicated and enthusiastic individual, wanting to go that extra mile for our expanding customer base. Your passion for helping customers will make a real difference to our successful online gift business.
Full time and part time evening vacancies available.
Contracts will run from October to the beginning of January.
There will be one permanent position available after the Christmas contract is completed
Experience/qualifications
- Previous call centre experience would be advantageous
- Excellent spoken & written communication skills
- Ability to resolve difficult situations autonomously
- Ability to remain calm and level headed at all times
- Good computer skills
Responsibilities
- Dealing with a variety customer enquiries or orders received over the telephone
- Responding to customer enquiries received via email and Live chat
- Resolving complaints as smoothly as possible
- Liaising with suppliers and couriers
