Multi Skilled Operatives Required

Location of works, North West of England, Yorkshire & Cheshire,

Salary: Market related plus overtime.

Sectors: School, local government, civil government, Police buildings,

retail, student accommodation, commercial and utilities, Refurbishment and maintenance.

Contract Type: Permanent

Hours: Full Time.

Our client, H Timmins Group works across a wide variety sectors carrying pre-planned maintenance project and refurbishment works.

Successful applicants will require to have DBS certification (we will provide/assist) and CTC clearance (counter terrorism clearance)

We require a multi-skilled operative with joinery, basic plumbing and plastering skills.

Overtime and weekend works are required, company vehicle,, uniform, PDA and company pension included.

This is a full time position.

A clean full driving license, willing to work flexible hours and work overtime, work to high standards, and to use their own initiative and work under pressure and to tight deadlines. Communication skills essential to effectively work with both customers and fellow team members.
