Service Supplier Administrator

Are you an experienced Purchasing, Buying or Service Supplier Administrator looking to take on a new challenge? If so Viridor are recruiting and are looking for individuals just like you!

Due to continued success and growth, we are now looking to recruit a Service Supplier Administrator for our team in Viridor House, Taunton, working 37.5 hours a week.

In return for your hard work as our Service Supplier Administrator, we can offer a salary of £20,000 per annum plus excellent benefits, pension scheme and plenty of opportunity for personal development; working within in a team-orientated and collaborative environment, for a company that strives to be environmentally, socially and economically sustainable.

The ideal Service Supplier Administrator:

• Have knowledge of the procurement of services
• Possess a good geographical knowledge of the UK.
• Good track record of negotiating services
• Previous experience in a similar role or environment managing third party service provision

Service Supplier Administrator Responsibilities include:

• Champion and maintain the systems for the effective procurement of third party supplier services
• Establish and maintain a comprehensive database of third party suppliers throughout the UK
• Act as principal contact and support for supplier queries and communications.
• To oversee and ensure that all documentation is produced and updated to ensure full legislative compliance
• Initiate, maintain and review all supplier data on the appropriate systems.
• Support the development and ongoing service provision offered by National Accounts, Sales and Logistic functions.
• Initiate and manage annual price reviews with suppliers.
• Develop open and supportive relationships with key business partners within Viridor
