The Organisation 

Our client is recruiting on behalf of a pioneering charity that is dedicated to ending domestic violence and abuse. They are now looking for a Teaching & Learning Administrator to join their team on a part time basis.

The Role 

As a Teaching & Learning Administrator, you will perform a range of tasks to support the smooth running of the charity’s teaching and learning services. 

Specifically, you will: 

- Help to provide a positive and welcoming environment for all visitors 
- Log and track participants of the charity’s teaching and learning programmes 
- Maintain the accuracy and integrity of participant records 
- Assist with the timetabling of training courses 
- Co-ordinate and participate in programme recruitment and marketing events 
- Arrange bookings and prepare teaching rooms, including setting up refreshments and IT equipment 
- Maintain statistical data 

About You 

To be considered, you’ll need: 

- Administrative experience, including financial administration 
- A positive and enthusiastic approach 
- Strong communication skills 
- The ability to work well, both as part of a team and individually 

Experience of the following would be beneficial: working in the voluntary sector, updating websites and social media or using a desktop publisher. 

Fluency in Welsh, in addition to English, would also be an advantage, as would an understanding of the causes and effects of domestic abuse.

Our client is eager to hear from candidates with experience as an Office Administrator, Finance Administrator, Accounts Administrator, Office Clerk, Office Assistant, Secretary, Receptionist or Admin Clerk.
