Job Title: Support Worker x 5
Salary: £17 266 - £17,960 per Annum, paid training
Location: Newham Services

Supporting and enabling a group of individuals with learning disabilities and physical disabilities living in the community.

Providing emotional and practical support to them on an individual basis to enable them to become active members of the community.
