Production Operator / Assembly Worker - Electronics

Job Title: Production Operator

Location: Fordingbridge

Salary: £7.50 - £9.00 per hour

The Company is a fast-growing international electronics company, constantly developing new products and pushing into new markets.

Our client are now looking for motivated and committed team players to join their production departments, preferably with an interest in electronics.

Job Role

Our client have the following roles available:

Assembly Operator: Duties will include hand soldering, automated labelling, coating, mechanical assembly and testing.

Pick & Place Operator: Duties to include running the automated line, printing, running the automated inspection, stock control to support the running of the line.

Thick Film Printing Operator: Duties to include printing of resistor, conductor & dielectric pastes, Laser trimming and both aluminium & gold wire bonding & encapsulation.

The Candidate

• Full training will be given but these roles would suit someone with a technical interest.
• Good grades in GCSE Science, Maths or Technical subject would be ideal but not essential.
