Senior Account Manager with experience of working on FMCG retail projects and at least 5 years' agency experience is needed by our client, a leading marketing and communication agency based in Corby. They design and implement Category, Trade and Shopper Activation projects and work with some of the world's biggest consumer brands such as Mars, Twinings, Hain Daniels, Allied Bakeries and Johnson & Johnson.

They are growing their team and are looking for someone with a very strong FMCG Shopper Marketing background and experience of working on and managing a range of creative executions. You will work closely with the Directors and the creative team to produce a variety of creative outputs. You will also build relationships with clients to fully understand their businesses.

Requirements:

• Have a design agency background (minimum 3 years)
• Experience of working on FMCG retail projects
• Good understanding of Shopper Marketing
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Hands-on and prepared to work on a diverse range of briefs with a mixture of creative executions and deadlines
• Natural communicator and ability to get the best out of a small creative team
• Highly proficient in presenting to clients, communicating ideas with clarity and purpose
• Comfortable to lead creative brainstorms
• Confident and assertive in front of clients
• Direct, delegate and evaluate creative work
• Excellent commercial and budgeting skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to juggle the demands of a number of projects at the same time and be able to deliver them to tight deadlines

Location: Corby, Northamptonshire

Benefits:

• Salary: £35,000 to £45,000 per annum (depending on experience)
