About our client:

Established in 2003, our client is now one of the largest and most successful shared ownership companies in Europe, with headquarters based in Malta. Their growing portfolio includes assets and brands from Resorts, Yachts and Supercars.

Our client is made up of a dynamic, forward thinking team of people. Over recent years the size of the team has grown; however, they have kept their agility to react quickly to market trends and still operate with a start-up feel; which is great as they all still get to be part of choosing where and what the company is working on, the technologies they use and how they find solutions to meet business objectives.

The company’s next phase of growth involves launching a new brand and product. As such, they are looking for a Social Media Marketer to take the business to the next level - someone with a proven background of getting brands in front of target consumers through a combination of relevant and engaging paid, earned, owned and shared content on Social Media. It is critical that you listen and respond to every customer across every channel, leaving no stone unturned along a customer’s journey with our client’s brands.

The primary goal is threefold: to acquire new customers, serve current customers and, over time, grow a more loyal customer base.

As the Social Media Marketer, you will be responsible for:

- Driving quality traffic and leads 
- Boosting our client’s online reputation
- Overseeing the strategy across all the brands, you will plan and execute all social campaigns, design, maintain and supply content for all channels, ensuring it is aligned with customer segmentation and business and brand direction.
- Listening and engaging with the public through social media.
- Analysing, reviewing and reporting on data and devising new ways to market on social media to ensure continuity
- Creating content, working with internal departments, external company’s retailers and business owners to create relevant and engaging social media content

Personal attributes:

-Plenty of passion and natural enthusiasm. 
- You will be excited to have autonomy in this role and complete ownership of all marketing content for the social media.
- It is imperative you are an experienced social media executive, able to own the strategy and execute clever campaigns alone.
- Be smart about what you publish and how you go about publishing it. 
- Be clear on who our audience is and use data to target them with precision across channels. 
- Understand what clients want and expect from our client’s brands, so you can deliver relevant content that the target audience wants to engage with and use data to inform when and where you publish that content.
- Have experience in creating engaging content for social media, you will be able to show a portfolio of written work across various channels and touchpoints, and any interest in travel destinations and hospitality would be a distinct advantage.
- Have experience of sourcing and managing content development and have a creative mind-set when it comes to all things content! Excellent writing and communication skills are key and you will have a working knowledge of the blogging ecosystem. 

Experience: 

- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a social media and marketing role, within hospitality, gaming, tourism and or reward/loyalty programmes. 
- You must speak and communicate clearly in English, both verbally and written.
