I am recruiting on behalf of a Specialist Provider of Finance for a Support Services Officer located in the heart of Solihull. You will be joining a small, specialist team of support service officers.

THE ROLE
To work within a small specialist team, setting up and maintaining mortgage products together with the execution of marketing campaigns and the setup and maintenance of the group's intermediary panel. You will also deal with enquiries from internal and external customers.
o Maintain accurate data
o Handling new lending enquires
o Take responsibility for collating and issuing information
o Processing, validating and recording the payment of fees
o Involvement in the setting up and maintenance of Buy-to Let and Residential mortgage products
o Maintenance procedures and records for audit purposes
o Answer enquiries from internal departments and external companies
o Assist Regional Managers in undertaking marketing campaigns
o Assist in the maintenance of data provided both internally and by external sources
o Assist with general administration
o Communicating with brokers to develop and maintain excellent relationships.
o Making and receiving calls from First Mortgage applicants to verify the transaction detail and the accuracy of the data received.

o Ability to organise and prioritise your workload to meet deadlines
o Computer literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Qualifications and experience
Grade C or above GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics.

You must have telephony experience to be considered for this vacancy, ideally from a Financial Services environment. Mortgage knowledge would be a bonus but not essential

Monday - Friday 09:00-17:30
£18,000- £20,000

Relevant training will be provided.
