These markets are areas such as Retail, Hospitality and FMCG. Examples of clients you could be recruiting for are Jack Wills, Mars, Unilever, Aldi and PepsiCo???. which I'm sure you will have purchased from once in your lifetime if not daily! They are looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join their team, which is a great opportunity for a recent graduate or someone looking for a career change.

What Will the Role Entail?

You will need to become very time efficient as there are never enough hours in the day in this job! This role offers great progression from a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to a full 360 Recruitment Consultant. This company offer the time needed for you to grasp the perfect candidates needed for the client before having to sell in so it's a great starting role for a successful and long term career to a Recruitment Consultant role.

Your role means you will be responsible for sourcing the candidates for a consultant that you will work closely alongside. You will have a specific market in the company, and clients, which you will help find the perfect candidate for! From this, you will become an expert in your market and your clients' requirements from a candidate and be promoted to the next stage in your career. To find the perfect candidate you will be cold calling, headhunting social platforms, pre-screening, writing and posting job adverts.
