FINTEC recruit is seeking a Quantity Surveyor for our client in West Midlands. This is a permanent position with salary of £40,000 to £45,000. Attending client site meetings where required.
Responsibilities of the Quantity Surveyor position:-
- Managing multiple projects
- Design and build consultancy/contractor
- Manage subcontract procurement and managing financial costs and reporting etc
- Forecast cash flow and margin recognition
Skills and Experience required:-
- MRICS or equivalent, CT and NEC3
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or similar
