Are you an experienced Highways Foreman / Supervisor? Looking for a new challenge?
I am currently working with a well-established Civil Engineering Main Contractor working on schemes nationwide, they are now looking for an experienced Highways Supervisor / Foreman to join their team.
This client has an excellent reputation for carrying out complex Highways and traffic management work to the highest standards.
This is a long-term project and the scheme could last up to ten years. This is a great opportunity for you to grow and develop your skills in a fast-growing environment
Based in East of England Highways Site Supervisor you will be responsible for the following duties:
• Managing operatives, ground workers and sub-contractors during all
works and overall management of the works on site.
• Daily toolbox talks and inductions.
• Maintaining Health and Safety records and ensuring all incidents on site
are documented.
• Planning daily and weekly works and communicating this to the staff on
site whilst being aware of materials and equipment required.
• Ensuring administration duties are fully kept up to date and
documented accordingly.
The ideal candidate must have experience working on major Highways schemes and traffic management aswell as the following qualifications / Tickets:
• Previous experience working on Major Highways Project and Traffic
Management is essential
• Drainage experience required
• CSCS and First Aid certificate as a minimum
