CIVIL / STRUCTURAL ENGINEER
The ideal candidate will have a positive ‘can do’ attitude and a minimum of 4 years’ experience in civil engineering.
Responsibilities
General civil/structural engineering design and working as part of a team on projects ranging from small alterations to projects with a £5million build value
Preparation of specifications
Reporting to the Technical Director
Developing new ideas to help shape the future of the business
Education & Experience
Chartered or near chartered Civil Engineer
Excellent knowledge of traditional and non-traditional construction
Excellent knowledge of 106, 104, 278 and 38 Sectional Agreements
Good general civil/structural design experience
Proficient using a range of IT systems/software applications
Key attributes/Skills
Excellent communication skills
Passionate about delivering great buildings and great engineering
Ability to deliver projects and work on time and on budget
Confident
Excellent work ethic
Desire to work with the latest engineering software technology
Full UK driving licence
Job Type: Full-time (40 hours per week)
Salary: Negotiable upon experience
