Recruitment Consultancy: Graduates Needed

Our client, a recognised global organisation with clients all over the world, is looking for a Research Consultant to join their team in London. They are looking for individuals who have proven skills as well as great proficiency with IT, systems and the internet, plus who are efficient and organised in terms of managing their work and commercially astute.

You will need to be a real "people" person and have outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, be highly articulate and personable and able to communicate at all levels.

In return our client will offer you the foundational skills to support the delivery of executive searches, which will vary in scope of role, location, seniority, market and culture. Thought-out you will also be taught the fundaments of business language and communication, as well as have on-the-job training / workshops to help improve your knowledge in relation to what you experience as a consultant

Key Responsibilities

??Working with a Partner/Managing Consultants with increasing levels of accountability as you master your skills
??Gain understanding of the skills and process of head-hunting
??To assist in the process of resourcing
??Responsible for being the first point of contact, effectively qualify clients and candidate requirements
??Maximising tools such as Linkedin and FileFinder

Experience /Education

??University or high level of vocational achievement highly desirable
??Previous work experience is essential
??No upper limit on experience and are very open to people who have taken a career break and wish to return to a successful career
??Experience of telemarketing or sales very useful as there is a high level of relationship building on the telephone e.g. would suit someone wanting to work in a more personable and rewarding environment than a call centre
??Experience of agency based or in house recruitment desirable although not essential
??Experience of other roles that require a well-developed level of people contact, either face to face or over the telephone, for example telemarketing, telesales, helpdesk, call centre
