The Role?

As a Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant you will be put through your paces with a training programme tailored to make you successful in your career. The training programme will last throughout your career, constantly pushing you to your potential. Searching for candidates will be a large part of your role. This will be done through cold calling, job boards, pre-screening over the phone and interviewing. You will be maintaining and building relationship with clients and candidates over the phone and face to face. You shall also be seeking new business development opportunities, cold calling, advertising through social media to attract candidates and meeting your clients' recruitment needs. With this role will be targets to meet to reach your full potential and quickly progress from Trainee Recruitment Consultant to Recruitment Consultant.
