Job Title: Senior Architectural Technologist
Contract Type: Permanent
Salary: GBP35,000 - GBP45,000
Location: Bradford
We're currently recruiting for a Senior Architectural Technologist to join an innovative, progressive practice based in the heart of Bradford.
After forming just over 5 years ago during the recession, this practice has grown from modest beginnings, working on smaller housing extension projects, to one of West Yorkshire's most exciting up and coming practices. The office now has over 10 members of staff, and boasts an impressive portfolio from student accommodation, to national roll outs for well-known retail chains.
After a strong start to 2017, including winning many projects within the Education sector, we are now looking for a Senior Architectural Technologist to join the team. This is an integral position where you will be expected to help lead a number of developments, as well as bearing the management responsibilities that are expected upon joining the senior team.
The company has a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, and lays claim to a striking, newly refurbished office, designed by the staff themselves. This is a great chance to join a company on the up, and become an integral part of the senior team as they expand.
To clarify, we're ideally looking for candidates with the following experience:
- At least 8-10 years working in a Senior Technologist position
- Experience working on Academy Schools and / or residential apartments is beneficial
- Must have a strong understanding of the planning process.
- Experience using Revit essential
