Telesales - Asset Finance
My client based on the outskirts of Blackburn are recruiting for a telesales/account manager with previous experience in asset finance in construction, haulage or banking and finance to join their growing organisation in order to continue the development of the company.
The successful candidate will be responsible for contacting brokers and businesses in the South of the country in order to build business relationships through negotiation and deal completion. Working alongside a field sales agent you will be positioning the company as a financial supplier for hard asset finance and managing documentation in order to complete contracts and deals.
My client is looking for someone who has excellent telephone skills in order to engage with prospective clients, the drive to succeed with a passion to earn money and establish a name for themselves in a competitive market. The candidate must be self-motivated and be able to work off their own initiative as this is a stand alone role with minimal supervision. Industry knowledge is essential.
This is a fantastic opportunity in a growing organisation where progression is encouraged throughout the company with a long term plan to build an internal sales team covering the remaining regions of the UK.
In return my client is offering:
* Salary circa GBP20k+
* Uncapped commission
* Mon - Friday 9am - 5pm
* 24 days holiday + Bank
