You will work for a leading company based in Nottingham City centre. This company offers growth and development, with the opportunity to work on high value properties.

Your new role
You will work as a senior negotiator where you will arrange viewings, liaise with clients, negotiate sales, support the head of department in meetings, build the sales business by using and developing contacts and creating new opportunities.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience in residential sales, combined with great time management skills and administration skills. You will have a passion for property and ideally have knowledge of REAPIT. You will be keen to work for a reputable brand that dominates the market.

What you'll get in return
You will receive a competitive basic salary, with a car allowance and bonus scheme. The OTE for this role is GBP40K.
