Business Change Manager - Edinburgh - 6 months
Our key Edinburgh-based client is looking for an experienced Business Change Manager for an initial 6-month contract.
You will be joining an exciting organisation in the middle of large-scale digital and business transformational change and will have the opportunity to work closely with a diverse range of experienced contracting professionals.
Essential:
- Extensive change management and Agile experience
- High-level stakeholder experience and a proven track record of forging and maintaining cross-departmental relationships
- Experience implementing business change plans in line with an overarching business transformation roadmap, as well as a proven history of successfully coordinating change deliverables in a complex and fast-paced environment
- Experience with gap analysis, and "as is" "to be" processes
