Ever fancied yourself as a Private Investigator? A Super Sleuth or something equally as mysterious?

Our client is the ‘Magnum P.I' of the Med Tech industry and they need some in-house investigators or as they call them, resourcing ninjas to help them keep up with demand.

Naturally, the role of a Resourcing Ninja demands some very specific skills.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Is intelligent and creative in their problem-solving approach (Lara Croft)
• Is a people person..(James Bond is charmining right?)
• Loves gather knowledge and information (Sherlock Holmes)
• Is tenacious and never gives up (Starsky and Hutch never give up on a car chase)
• Is competitive and wants to get results (You)
• Has the focus of a Jedi.OK we'll take a Padwan and make you a Jedi (Luke or Leia)

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilising technology and social media to find highly skilled people
• Connecting with potential candidates
• Talking to candidates and understanding their skills and requirements
• Matching candidate skills against client requirements

What you're good at:

• Exceptional written and spoken English
• Listening and assimilating information
• Amazing attention to detail – you are capable of being your own proof-reading guru. (i.e. you spotted that ‘detail' was spelled incorrectly)
• Reading people, picking up on what people don't say as well as what they do
• Being a Ninja is hard work! You will have the resilience to do what it takes to reach your goals.
