Location: Crayford DA1

Salary: £20,000 to £24,000 dependent on experience

Hours: 40 hours (Mon - Fri)

A market leading home improvement company seeks to recruit additional staff into its Installation offices. This is a rare and exciting opportunity to support the office based management team and become involved in the operational side of the company's installation function.

There are no sales or installation work required, and the role will focus on providing high levels of administrative support, excellent customer services, as well as providing wider support to the management team.

Job Role

Responsibilities

  • Administrative support
  • Filing and maintaining, and updating electronic and manual records
  • Customer service / support (both internal and external customers)
  • Resolving customer complaints / queries at the earliest stage and escalating as and when required
  • Scheduling service work
  • Assist management inc Processing wage payments (contractors) and delegating workloads
  • Ordering supplies
  • Production of management reports

The Candidate

To be considered applicants should be motivated to progress, enthusiastic and willing to learn from the ground up.

High standards of communication are essential both written and verbal, as are organisational and administration skills, and the ability to multi task.

  • The successful applicant should be able to adapt quickly to new ways of working and be proactive in supporting business needs.
  • An understanding or exposure to the construction industry would be advantageous, although this is not essential.
