Business Development Executive

Due to expansion, our client is looking for a Business Development Executive to promote Credit Management Solutions into Businesses across the UK.

The Role

We're looking for an enthusiastic Business Development Executive to sell tailored Credit Management services into businesses across the UK.

In the role, the Business Development Executive will be responsible for growing and generating all new business as well as maintaining existing business. You will be expected to look after the complete sales cycle from start to finish so you must be confident generating leads but also have the ability and confidence to close sales.

Field based, you will be given the flexibility to choose the area you wish to cover however you will be required to visit the office based in Harrow at least twice a week so you must be within a commutable distance to Harrow.

The Candidate

The perfect candidate for Business Development Executive position will have the following qualities and experience:

• Experience selling a solution or service.
• Knowledge of the debt recovery market or professional services market would be ideal but not essential.
• B2B experience.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets and KPI's.
• Strong ability to generate new business.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

You will possess a positive, professional way of thinking, as well as being creative and always thinking of ways to improve the service you offer. You will be competitive, forward thinking and have an adaptable personality to ensure you can offer the best service to every client you are dealing with.

The Package

The basic salary for the Sales Executive is within a range of GBP30,000 - GBP35,000 per year dependant on experience, plus an OTE of GBP48,000 + per year (uncapped). On top of this fantastic salary, the company also offer other benefits such as a Car allowance, mobile phone, laptop and pension scheme.
