The Roles - Medical Field Service Engineer (Biomedical Engineer / Medical Equipment Service Engineer)
Following expansion, they seek to recruit a customer focused and technically motivated Medical Field Service Engineer, responsible for the service, repair, breakdown and maintenance of their full range of medical equipment at hospitals throughout the South West.
The successful applicant will ensure that a complete portfolio of equipment is maintained, repaired and available for use, including defibrillators, patient monitoring and vital signs monitoring systems, infusion devices, ventilators, and ECG monitors.
Your Background - Medical Field Service Engineer (Biomedical Engineer / Medical Equipment Service Engineer)
To be considered for this exciting role, you must be able to demonstrate a background in the service and repair of medical equipment. You might be an ex Forces Biomedical Engineer seeking your first step into field service, a Biomedical Engineer, Medical Technical Officer or Clinical Technologist seeking a more challenging role in a customer facing field based role or a Medical Field Service Engineer seeking further training and the opportunity to progress your career within a market leading organisation. A qualification in engineering, electronics or medical technologies such as biomedical engineering is preferred. You must have impeccable customer service skills and have the ability to remain confident in customer facing environments.
