Fundraising organisation based in Watford are looking for a call agent to join their busy team. NO COLD CALLING.
This fundraising oraganisation work along side many major charities, including children, disaster and animal charities. You will be required to call existing customers, who are regular donators or have donated in the past, you will also be following up customers that have shown an interest in donating. This role requires 70% outbound calls and 30% inbound calls, accepting gifts and donations.
You must must have customer service experience, and have a friendly, approachable and empathetic telephone manor and the ability to build strong relationships with your clients. If you have experience working in a simular charity environment this would be an advantage.
Core hours are Mon-Fri between 9am-8pm (3shift pattern) & Sat 10-5 (required to work every other sat with a day off in the week)
