Customer Service Officer

A professional customer service department within a busy contact centre is looking to appoint a call centre operative to join their team in the SA1 area of Swansea.

Language skills are desirable (Welsh, Polish, French, German especially) but not essential. However, telephone based customer service experience is essential.

This is a full-time role offering a pay rate of £7.65 per hour for the first 12 weeks, which rises to £10.84 after 12 weeks service.

The successful applicant will be working Monday-Friday which includes no weekend or evening work.

Together with strong administration skills, candidates will be offering advice to callers who have queries, which can include professionals and members of the public.

There are no diallers, no call handling targets, no call time targets and no sales!

We're looking for professional, efficient and pro-active individuals who are able to converse with people of all levels both in person and via the telephone whilst providing excellent administrative support.
