One of the UK's largest and foremost law firms is currently looking for a dynamic individual to join their Personal Injury Division Operations Team as a Business Improvement Consultant. You would work closely with stakeholders at all levels across the business to support service to clients, operational efficiencies, and facilitating the effective use of case management systems. Your focus will be on the company's larger sites such Birmingham, London, Sheffield and Manchester however the role will take you across the UK so a flexible approach to your work is essential

The Role
Engaging with the PI regional teams, PI central leadership team, PI Operations, and Group Services, you will work to build operational engagement, a culture of continuous improvement and to ensure successful, sustainable improvement and change. You will contribute to positive discussions regarding the development and direction of the teams, conveying the message behind lean, efficient, value added processes.

Working collaboratively with PI especially and to some extent with Costs and the Court of Protection business, you will at all times consider the Customer Journey to ensure that changes and improvements satisfy the customer and the file handler. You will not only improve the end to end journey for customers but will also support the business in its desire to "cross-sell", particularly supporting the transition from PI to Court of Protection, and where the Asset Management subsidiary can provide management advice for client investments.

The Candidate
The successful candidate will have a track record of successfully delivering problem solving initiatives and improvements within complex customer-facing environment, ideally Legal, Professional or Financial Services, leveraging wider resources and expertise to deliver larger change initiatives.

You will be able to communicate effectively in order to monitor and manage key operational performance to identify areas for improvement and report this confidently to the PI leadership team. You will also employ your communication skills to form a supplier relationship strategy, developing formal relationships with the major professional suppliers.
