Location: North, based in Manchester / Sheffield / Leeds
Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 + Excellent Benefits

One of the UK's largest and foremost law firms is currently looking to recruit an experienced Building Surveyor in the North of England. The Role
You would play a key role in the acquisition of properties and development sites across the North of England, advising on the suitability of residential properties for clients and investment purposes as well as on the feasibility of sites for the construction of new build properties. Responsibilities will include…
o Managing, organising and reviewing building surveys and inspections, advising on associated risks
o Overseeing the adaptation process from design to completion of extension works
o Advising on possible development opportunities to properties / sites to maximise investment opportunities
o Assisting conveyancing experts regarding the purchase of development sites

The Candidate
The role will suit an accomplished RICS qualified Surveyor, ideally with a background in private practice or consultancy and with experience in professional surveying services working on a variety of residential and commercial projects. Excellent project management skills will be required, as will strong communication / client-facing skills and the ability to liaise confidently at various levels.
