Web Analytics Consultant – Southern England- £25-30k plus package – Home Based

This is an excellent opportunity to join a high profile web analytics business.

Your role as Insight Consultant will see you working with some of their most important Enterprise level customers, regularly discussing with clients across phone, video conference, email, collaboration tools and in person. You will support client needs from set-up of analytics, to reporting, and onto to analysis/insight - using analytics tools to derive insights and recommend actions to improve the online performance of client’s websites.

Role responsibilities:

• Work with the account management team to support clients’ insight requirements
• Make recommendations to clients to improve UX and conversion rates on their site
• Deliver reports to clients either in person or via screen share/phone
• Ensure reports are delivered on time, answer the brief in full and are of the required standard
• Deliver coaching sessions to new and existing enterprise clients

Skills:

• Analytical mindset
• Ability to present to senior level clients with confidence and knowledge
• Practical knowledge/experience of CRO and UX
• Ability to build relationships both internally and externally
• Familiarity with using session replay/website optimization tools

Experience:

• Proven practical experience in a UX or CRO based role
• Experience of presenting at a senior level

This role is based from home but the successful candidate will be able to travel into central London easily and frequently for client meetings.
