EMEA Internal Recruiter - 6 Month Contract

This is a great opportunity for an Internal Recruiter to join a growing data protection and information management solutions company.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Working closely with the Recruitment Manager in EMEA to devise a sourcing strategy to execute Quarterly and Annual Recruitment Plans
• Able to manage recruitment activity in multiple EMEA countries, with heavy focus on Field Sales/Systems Engineering positions.
• Leveraging innovative, cost-effective and social networking sourcing techniques to identify passive candidates, and to build a pipeline of candidates based on the needs of the business
• Contributing to the implementation of appropriate end-to-end methodologies for selection and recruiting
• Work with a shared researcher to build out candidate pipeline for current and future vacancies
• Attracting and screening candidates against defined competency models and company culture
• Taking responsibility for job application management
• Utilizing a behavioural interviewing methodology to ensure effective interviewing practices
• Staying abreast of market trends and changes
• Ensuring compliance with legal and ethical requirements

Key Requirements include:

• Proven direct sourcing experience within software/high-tech and/or professional services industries
• Expert level skills working with web-based recruiting tools and applicant tracking systems
• Ability to create a strong pipeline of high calibre individuals in a target-driven environment
• Ability to advise on sourcing methods, approaches to market and local market information
• Strong Pan-European Recruitment Experience within high growth or start-up environments
• Ability to build lasting and meaningful relationships
• German speaking would be an advantage for this role
