We currently have an opportunity for a Supervisor to join our team based in Croydon.

Within this role, you will supervise and manage on a day to day basis the operation of a Repairs, Voids and Planned Works. You will also be responsible for a team of Operatives and Sub Contractors.

In order to be successful in this role, you will have previous experience of managing day to day Repairs, Voids and Planned works and also experience of supervising Operatives and Sub Contractors and managing H&S in the working environment. With experience of working in Social Housing, you should also possess a trade City & Guilds qualification and will have knowledge of Housing repairs and improvements, measured term contracts and schedule of rates.

Although not essential, experience of working in partnership with a Local Authority Client would be beneficial, along with management experience in a similar operation.

The successful candidate will also be part of Outs of Hours supervisor rota.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, 1/2 hour lunch

 

Candidates for this role must hold a full valid UK driving licence
