£24,000 per annum OTE + Benefits (£18,000 pa + KPIs + commission)

The position

You will be one of a team of three Customer Service personnel supporting five Internal Sales Executives, all who enjoy sharing their enthusiasm with everyone around them. You will impress customers with your diligence and care, processing orders and enquiries efficiently. Help maintain our goal of handling 96% of incoming calls between the team while using the opportunity to bring in extra sales.

Essential Skills:

• Fast, accurate keyboard skills
• Sales & Customer service experience
• Clear concise professional sounding English spoken
