What to expect as a 360 Recruitment Consultant?

Working as a full cycle recruiter you will become a master within your specialist sector and will be responsible for building your own business empire within Austin Fraser. You'll regularly get out of the office; diving into meet ups and meeting with your candidates/clients face to face. Your aim will be to build strong relationships with your candidates/clients, gaining a real understanding of their needs and then providing them with an appropriate solution.

You will not be micro-managed by numbers, your activity, effort and intent will be recognised with a focus on quality, consultative working. We encourage our consultants to work autonomously and we will genuinely help you to go above and beyond for our customers.
