Air Conditioning Engineer / Plumber

Job Description
The successful candidate must have the ability to fault find on large commercial air conditioning systems and air handling units and have experience of various types of refrigeration compressors. A good knowledge of general plumbing maintenance is also required and be able to problem solve and rectify challenging plumbing issues. A van, phone and uniform is provided

Location
Travel around Reading, Guildford - Southampton and surrounding areas

Key Responsibilities
You will be required to carry out planned and reactive maintenance on commercial offices, shops and leisure outlets. The role will consist of managing other reactive building services work.

Necessary Skills
Essential:
- Previous experience working within an air conditioning and plumbing role
- A proven track
- Experience working with AHU's- FCU's- VRV's- VRF's
- F-Gas Qualification
- Excellent communication skills both written & verbal
- Good customer service skills
- Commercial Gas Qualifications & Tickets
- NVQ level 2 or City and Guilds qualification or similar qualification would be preferred
- Full UK Driving Licence

Desirable:
City & Guilds /Plumbing / AC servicing

Remuneration
£ 28000 to £ 30000 depending on experience

Full time on 6 month probation
