Our client is one of the leading providers of indoor sports flooring and related products and an opportunity has arisen for a full time purchase ledger clerk.

You will work in a friendly office environment where you are encouraged to take ownership of your own work as well as being part of a team.

The company is based in south Bristol.

Key duties will include:

• Matching invoices to purchase orders and log accordingly
• Coding and entering invoices and credit notes
• Supplier statement reconciliations
• Dealing with supplier queries
• Reconciling the Company Credit cards
• Send out Supplier remittances
• Assist with administrative duties

Key Skills:

• Good computer skills
• Exceptional levels of attention to detail
• Good organisational skills

They are looking for someone who has previous experience in a similar role with an understanding of double entry book-keeping and VAT.

Salary bracket £19k - £21k
