Support Workers Required
We are Bradbury House Limited, a residential care service near Wells, Somerset. We provide a wide range of care and support services for our service users, many of whom have behaviours that challenge.
We are situated on a working farm, surrounded by 250 acres of beautiful countryside, we also have an excellent day service facility that enables our service users to be involved in all aspects of country life.
We are seeking to recruit some great new support workers, people with the right values to work in our residential care service - could this be you?
Our main priority for this job role is to find people with the right values, and attitudes that match our own! You don't need to have previous experience in this field, nor do you need qualifications - we are happy to work with you to help you become an excellent support worker. All we ask is that you have a good understanding of both written and spoken English language.

Duties are varied and no two days will be the same. The people we support are individuals and they all deserve to be treated as such.
As a general guide duties include; support with developing people's independence. This will involve taking part in a range of special interests and activities that support health and wellbeing, both in the person's home and while they attend the farm.
We work a varied rota covering 24 hrs and our pay rates range from £8.50 - £9.50 per hr.
