An exciting opportunity has developed within Allied Health Care for a Finance Manager to join our vibrant finance team based from our Head Office in Stafford.
We are looking for a specific person to provide clear analysis and manage the information to drive high quality business decisions; mitigate risks and highlight opportunities to the Primecare Operational team.
THE ROLE:
The post holder will be responsible for providing financial support to the Primecare business and monitoring performance to highlight risks and opportunities in a timely manner. The post holder will be responsible for the production of forecasts, budgets and monitoring actual performance against these.
The post holder will be responsible for ensuring accurate production of the month-end accounts
• As a pivotal part of the development team, provide robust management information, advice and effective challenge.
• Through a detailed knowledge of the region provide detailed reviews and analysis of their monthly accounts and KPIs.
• Develop action plans to mitigate risks and identify opportunities that can be applied across the business.
• Ensure that all operational levels of management have a sound understanding of the management accounts and KPIs and are equipped to address the underlying issues which affect underlying profitability.
• Drive efficiencies and best practice across all levels ensuring management is compliant with the financial policies and procedures and best practice.
• Provide financial training for non-financial managers as and when required.
• Support a continuous improvement process development across the business.
THE PERSON:
• Disciplined individual with high professional standards and utmost integrity
• Strong Financial and commercial awareness
• A team player with strong customer care and communication skills
• Flexibility to help meet team requirements
ESSENTIAL:
• A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with experience in a business partnering role.
• Demonstrable experience of driving commercial decisions making thorough, clear and well-presented business cases.
• Highly analytical
