Role: Receptionist
Salary: £16,000-£17,000
Location: Westerham
Hours: Mon-Fri (37.5 hours a week flexi between 8am and 6pm)
Do you have reception experience and are looking for a Monday-Friday role with standard office hours?
If so, this is the role for you! A local client in Westerham are looking for someone to work on reception and assist with administrative duties.
You will be:
Meeting and greeting all visitors
Preparing the boardroom for meetings
Answering incoming calls and taking messages
Sorting and dispatching post
Maintain stationery and other sundry supplies and submit new orders
Other general ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
